Biography

There isn't much background to relate Hiei to, considering his age. His father died before his birth and his mother has raised him sense, though trained, and skilled in the art of the ninja herself, she focused her relation with her son on more academic structures in relation to his ninja training. This caused Hiei to become quite the intelligent child for his age. Now his "real world" training begins.
